Project background

A project team was evaluating copper foil production or line-upgrade options and needed to understand whether the enquiry should start from individual key units, a defined equipment package or a broader line-integration discussion.

Key technical questions

  • What foil route is being considered: lithium battery copper foil, electronic copper foil or PET copper foil-related equipment?
  • What width, thickness, output target and surface-performance requirement should the line support?
  • Which modules are in scope: cathode drum, anode cell, copper dissolution system, surface treatment equipment, grinding machine or complete-line cooperation?
  • What are the site utilities, layout constraints, automation requirements and acceptance standards?

TJNE review logic

TJNE first separates the enquiry into product route, module scope and project boundary. This avoids quoting a complete line when the requirement is a key unit, and avoids quoting a component when the project needs line-level cooperation.

TJNE supply scope

  • Cathode drums and high-precision titanium components.
  • Anode cells, copper foil DSA anodes and related current-distribution parts.
  • Copper dissolution systems and surface treatment equipment.
  • Defined line integration or EPC-type cooperation when project scope is clear.

Project outcome

The enquiry can move forward with a clearer module list, a practical information checklist and a more accurate technical communication path before detailed quotation.

Project note: Configuration and supply scope are reviewed according to operating conditions, process targets and project interface requirements.
