MMO titanium anodes are normally selected according to the real operating environment rather than by product name alone. Important factors include the electrolyte composition, chloride concentration, temperature, pH, current density, installation method and expected service life.

For cathodic protection, the anode shape, protection current, cable connection and installation environment usually determine the configuration. For water treatment and electrochemical oxidation, the coating system, current density and target reaction pathway are more important. For electrowinning or electroplating applications, electrolyte composition and process stability need to be reviewed carefully.

For an efficient technical review, please provide application background, operating medium, dimensions or drawings, current density, quantity and expected lifetime. TJNE can then recommend a suitable substrate form, coating system and connection structure for the next technical discussion.
